I loved her and was always told I look like her. Loved that Xena helped make it ok to be a strong and physical woman.
Lol at Hercules and Xena on the front page today.

This show queerbaited its audience so hard. And we were seated for it, lol. I like to watch Xena sometimes, the plot can be pretty intense.
Definitely ~~had~~ have a crush on Lucy Lawless, but I think I had one on Brigitte Nielsen in Red Sonja first
Lucy Lawless is so much cooler than Kevin Sorbo.
Good job see never got into chiropractic
Yeah she comes across as a genuinely thoughtful person imo. She even guested on The Partially Examined Life years back
I don't really know anything about her, but this post hit my nostalgia button so I looked her up on wikipedia. Some cool things found therein:
In February 2012, she and six other Greenpeace activists boarded an oil drilling ship at Port Taranaki, and remained on it for 77 hours to stop it leaving for the Arctic where it was going to take part in oil exploration.[49] She was subsequently arrested and charged with burglary
Xena's ambiguous romantic relationship with travelling companion Gabrielle (Renee O'Connor)[35] led to Lawless becoming a lesbian icon, a role of which she has said she is proud.[35] She has said that during the years she was playing the role, she had been undecided on the nature of the relationship,[36] but in a 2003 interview with Lesbian News magazine, she said that after viewing the series finale, she had come to see Xena and Gabrielle's relationship as definitely gay, adding "they're married, man".
it occurred to me just now that Lucy Lawless couldn't possibly be her real name at birth.
so i looked it up, and im right. she married a guy named "Garth Lawless".
dammit i want the last name Lawless.
My favourite name, which I'm going to use for a horror detective novel, is a guy I work with: George Midwinter.

To be fair, I wouldn't know her if I walked past her on the street, and she was from my era.
I just realized, after I went to read her Wikipedia entry after I saw this post, that she played Ron Swanson's love interest on Parks & Rec and I had no idea it was her.
Ditto. I had no idea. Even after this exchange I don't think I'd recognise her. There's nothing distinctive about her.
