the one and only time i went to an alamo draft house, i was stoned AF and it was to see Mission Impossible 3. i got fries and a chocolate milk shake. it was expensive but seemed like an inspired idea at the time.
the only other thing i remember is after it got out and we were getting back into the car, i said, "they should have just called that Tom Cruise: The Movie" and i think it got a good laugh from the others in the car.
that was far more memorable and important than the days i spent in san antonio or the tour of the alamo itself.
