Still gets me a little bit exited to go forth and adventure just thinking about it.
kinda ashamed to admit that i vividly remember the first time I entered Ashenvale from the barrens

for burned into brain it's definitely chiptune music from NES games I played as a kid like:
Big Nose the Caveman - Level 2
Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy - Pirate Ship
The Jetsons - Cogswells Caper! Level 1
also I guess the Quake 3 Rocket Arena 3 theme from back in the day
when parts of this or this come on while playing ESO in the Morrowind region it feels special
There's also a lot of game music I like but from games I never played so I won't list any of those

Good song: Fear Mountain Shrine ambient track from Shadows of Valentia OST. Really sets the mood for the dungeon, and it makes it that much better that the dungeon is windy and massive. If Fire Emblem brought back dungeons, they have a model to work off of.
Bad song: The HORRIBLE Fire Emblem Engage Anime Opening song. I don't want to remember this song and I wish I had never heard it. If you say "Emblem, Engage!" to anybody who listened to that song before, it will play in their heads as you both collapse to the ground.
Mythic Power from Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. At risk of sounding like a redditor, it's easily the most epic track from a game's OST I've ever heard.
Played River City Ransom with a friend and it got to a point where we simply could not ignore the vibes of the Streets theme.
