Interessant, ich baue auch auf der Terrasse an, umgeben von Chaos-Garten, und habe auch im zweiten Jahr bei 200x Vergrößerung lupenrein saubere Blüten.

Sport ist wichtig um unseren Körper fit zu halten, aber nicht der richtige Weg um abzunehmen. Denn es ist viel leichter 300 Kalorien gar nicht erst aufzunehmen, als sie durch Bewegung wieder zu verbrennen. Es bringt auch nichts, einfach weniger zu essen. Wenn dein Magen nicht voll ist hast du ständig Hunger, das hält niemand lange durch. Um langfristig abzunehmen muss sich die Energiezufuhr ändern, also die Art der Nahrung, nicht die Menge der Nahrung. Du musst also deine Ernährung umstellen, daran führt kein Weg vorbei. Weg von verarbeitetem Zeug hin zu vollwertiger, pflanzlicher Nahrung.
Vollwertig bedeutet:
Aus dem Boden gewachsen, nach der Ernte nichts Gutes entzogen und nichts Schlechtes hinzugefügt. Der Körper und deine Darmflora gewöhnen sich mit der Zeit daran, der Heißhunger auf Scheiß lässt nach und du kannst dich mit Gemüse, Obst, Hülsenfrüchten und Nüssen billig, gesund und mit gutem Gewissen jeden Tag satt essen. Also: Keep the junk out of the house! Lass den Scheiß nicht mehr in deine Wohnung, wenn er da ist wirst du ihn auch essen.

Legumes are the best! Let's share some easy meals. I eat pasta with canned baby broad beans once a week. Here's the recipe:
BABY BROAD BEANS SAUCE
Pasta sauce or spread
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 onions
- 1 smoked tofu, diced
- 1 jar of broad beans
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
- Optional: 1 teaspoon cumin
- Optional: More vegetables, like strips of white cabbage, diced carrots or green bush beans
Instructions:
- Add oil, fry the onion well, add the smoked tofu. Add broad beans including the water and bring to boil.
- Maybe add more vegetables.
- Stir in the tahini, soy sauce and vegetable stock powder and you're done.
- You can blend everything into a paste or simply mash a few beans with a fork or masher to make the sauce even creamier. Then serve as a pasta sauce or even as a sandwich spread.

Wikipedia says it's written by all four members of the band. And I agree, they're super mainstream and unremarkable but Viva la Vida is perfect. The lyrics are epic, poetic, wise, sad and true. The instrumental is flawless, simple yet classy with these strings and the choir. The atmosphere is unlike any other song I've ever head and it's breathtaking even after listening for the 100th time. A true masterpiece.
