We recognise the Goa'uld have broken the protected planets treaty by attacking Earth, we also recognise that humans have broken the treaty by continual hybridisation of earth and Goa'uld technology, we also recognise that we have failed to uphold the treaty by not defending you when you were attacked.
But we have been super busy with robotic spiders and will let all of that slide.
