Comrades, can you recommend me a decent RSS reader that is available on Android and Desktop (preferably Windows)?

My news sources are a hodgepodge of different social media sites atm which is impossible to maintain, to have an overview and actually know what I've read when. All the ads, the algorithms and the constant stream of irrelevant internet-drama spamming my feeds aren't helping either.
