How does big penis shame work? It's usually considered a good trait, even if it becomes totally impractical and a funny curiosity rather than a working tool

Unless you don't want a dick at all which is something different. I guess there's probably a subset of transwomen who don't want bottom surgery but would still prefer a smaller dick I guess?
