First stared fighting the big medical industry in the 90s, but ended up selling out or getting blackmailed or something and threw in with the existing system which is only slightly better due to "Obamacare"/ACA, but still getting worse and worse as insurance and medical facilities get bought up and turned into profit squeezing machines instead of medical care places.
