Get a real extruder and not literally the cheapest thing that Creality could conceive to put in the Ender 3. The worst extruder in metal instead of plastic is still the worst extruder, it will just be the worst extruder for longer.

You're going to waste more time and money dealing with the unreliability of that design than just buying a cheap geared extruder. You can get a BMG clone for $20 or less these days. Wasted filament alone will add up over time.
