New DNC chair believes in the party being owned by the “good billionaires” as he calls them.

I'd love a source on that

“There are a lot of good billionaires out there that have been with Democrats, who share our values, and we will take their money. But we’re not taking money from those bad billionaires.”

What a fucking joke.

There are a lot of good billionaires out there that have been with Democrats, who share our values, and we will take their money,

Aka we are going to continue being funded and controlled by billionaires.

But...

Did he actually say that, and if so can you provide a source?

A cursory google search for 'Ken Martin "Good Billionaires"' comes up with stories from the following sources:

msn

jacobin

salon.com

The Hill

Common Dreams

Thanks, no idea what the other guys problem was...

Besides, you know, not a single one saying what he said:

New DNC chair believes in the party being owned by the “good billionaires” as he calls them

But you did link what originally spiraled in their head to become that.

Yes.

You can actually do the bare minimum of effort yourself and Google the exact quote provided to find a clip on YT or anywhere else where he said that at the DNC forum and watch those words come from his mouth yourself.

Someone link a couple sources were he said the phrase "good billionaires" so at least now I know what confused you.

And why you won't actually link anything

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Nothing has confused me.

And I’m not linking because you have been given enough information to find out for yourself now. I’m not going to wipe your arse for too.

It doesn't exist...

He never said that...

Like, do you honestly not understand or is this a bit?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago)

If you click one of the links, it's right there. I just watched it, one on X and the other on YouTube.

Do you not understand how to click through comrade? Here, I turned closed captions on and screen capped it for you.

There's a saying, "no investigation, no right to speak" that essentially means if you have not put forth the effort to learn and understand an issue you have no place speaking on it. In fact you'll probably just distract and derail actual productive discussion. Like you're trying to do here.
