What do you guys use for phone calls? (lemmy.zip)

I have been playing around with Jami but it seems that the message delivery issue is still a problem.

I need something where you can place a call to a contact and it will ring on their phone. Simplex chat kind of works but it takes forever to go though due to the notification delay

I don't want to use phone numbers
